Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious for my family of five, and being in the clocktower meant everything was conveniently close by. The service was exceptional with staff speaking multiple languages, making it easy to access Al Haram whenever needed. The location, while very near to Haram, could be confusing to find for some. The dining experience had its ups and downs, being a bit crowded at times, but the facilities provided were top-notch.
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and spacious with large, comfy beds and ample storage space, but unfortunately, my room was not ready at check-in time. The service was a bit mixed; some staff members were very curt, limiting glasses, but others, especially the cooks, were excellent. The location was fantastic, near the Haram and very convenient. The dining experience was good, with helpful and courteous staff, although it could use a bit more variety. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers a spacious room with a city view but lacks the tranquility as advertised. The washroom is surprisingly large but feels uncomfortable and disconnected from Al Masjid Al Haram.
The hotel has a spacious king-size bedroom like a one-bedded apartment, including a dining area, two 2-seaters sofa, bathroom with two sinks, and a generously sized room. However, the breakfast choices are not ideal for a room with three beds.
The hotel could improve with better room maintenance and less crowded furniture, but it was a thoughtful touch to find a fruit basket, coffee, and dates waiting for us. The assigned room had its drawbacks but was generally satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was beyond expectation. The rooms were impeccably clean and met 5-star standards, offering a comfortable space to unpack my suitcases. The service from the bell boy to the receptionist was exceptional and accommodating, even assisting us when we wanted to change rooms. The location was incredibly convenient, with a myriad of shops and a carpeted prayer area right within the building. The dining experience, particularly the Indian food, was a highlight. However, there were areas that could be improved, such as the limited breakfast options. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
The hotel is superb, barely a 5-minute walk to the Haram, with a convenient location near excellent shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, but the service can be rude and unhelpful at times. The dining experience is good with a few shortcomings.
The hotel is conveniently located near Masjid al-Haram, offering clean and spacious rooms but lacking daylight in some, with kind service yet room for improvement in assisting guests with restrictions. The dining experience is generally good, and the location is excellent for access to the holy mosque.
The hotel is ideally located near the Holy Mosque, great for families with elderly members. The rooms are cozy but need more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The service is exceptional, with polite and helpful staff. The dining options offer delicious food, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained. However, it can be challenging to get a taxi during certain times, and the area closes due to traffic control, impacting accessibility.
The hotel is situated in a prime location, very near to the haram and with plenty of shops around. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and a good Wi-Fi connection, featuring a speaker directly linked to the Haram for live prayers. The service is exceptional with friendly and responsive staff. However, the dining experience, while normal, is not at the level of a 5-star hotel. The facilities overall are satisfactory but not outstanding.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with clean and comfortable rooms. However, the price was a bit on the higher side. The service was friendly but could benefit from a little more courtesy.
